WHICH SERVICE DO YOU NEED?
Curbs, rocks, brake dust, and countless other objects take a toll on the finish of your wheels. We use a similar process to what a body shop would use to paint a car, but on your wheels. We also polish and machine wheels to match the look of your original wheels.
In recent years, wheels have become bigger and wider making them much more likely to bend. We use several different specialized machines to straighten and machine the wheel back to spec.
Cracks in wheel reduce the structural integrity of the entire wheel. They can also leak air leaving you stuck with a dangerously low or flat tire. Cracks can also continue to lengthen and widen if they are not corrected. We use a local welder and machine the wheel to a perfect bead seal.
Leaking Bead or Air Pressure Loss
Almost all chrome plated wheels develop corrosion in the tire bead and valve stem area causing slow leaks. Simple spot sanding or grinding at the localized areas is a temporary fix. Years ago we developed the process to permanently solve this problem.
We can paint or powder coat your wheels gloss or satin black as well as other standard colors. Paint to match as well.
Some wheels are unsafe to repair and need to be replaced. Others may need structural or CNC lathe processes beyond our local shop abilities and need to be completely remanufactured. Our network has access to 100's of thousands of wheels at the best prices.
